Sunshine Seasons offers fresh cuisine with ingredients straight from the greenhouses of The Land Pavillion. Reservations aren't required at this quick-service casual restaurant, and mobile orders can be placed using the My Disney Experience app.

The Food at Sunshine Seasons

Opening from 11 AM-8 PM, Sunshine Seasons prepares American cuisine for lunch and dinner daily. Entrées include oak-grilled salmon served with cheese grits and andouille corn succotash, a power salad topped with almonds and honey vinaigrette, cheeseburgers served on brioche buns, and more! The last time I visited Sunshine Seasons, I ordered the oak-grilled rotisserie chicken paired with mashed potatoes. It was delicious! For dessert, I ordered crème brûlée which was so good; every bite had a perfect blend of vanilla crème and carmalized sugar. Additional desserts include a plant-based cookies 'n "cream" chocolate mousse cup and strawberry shortcake.

In theme with Epcot's World Showcase, Sunshine Seasons offers a variety of beers from around the world, such as Schöfferhofer pink grapefruit hefeweizen from Germany, Heineken Lager from the Netherlands, Corona Extra Lager from Mexico, and several more. Wine, including chardonnay, pinot grigio, and Moscato, is also available by glass.

Disney's Sunshine Seasons also prepares gluten/wheat, peanut/tree nut, fish/shellfish, egg, and soy allergy-friendly dishes like their entreés.

Next time you're in Epcot and are hungry for a delicious, affordable, and casual meal with options for your entire family to enjoy, stop at Sunshine Seasons!
